The host took days to reply but eventually was kind enough to offer a 2 hour earlier check in. After that we never heard from the host. The day of our check in we received no information on how to access the property so I reached out and asked. "The property is located in a great spot- a quiet street close to the water, and within a good driving distance to the Blue Mountains and Collingwood. The cottage is very well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The large fenced in yard is a huge bonus when travelling with dogs.
