"Staff isn't helpfull when asking directions to bathrooms and or rooms inside the hotel. Wallpaper falling down in the hallways and in the rooms bathroom doors get stuck hard to open and close. Been there 2 times both time hot tub closed. No notice, no heads up no apologies no compensation. The whole reason we stay is for the pool and the hottub for our special needs daughter"

"It would be nice to know what is included when you book a room. We needed a separate key for the pool, that needed to be exchanged every day and requested from front desk"

"location is difficult to find. the address needs to be updated. had ended up at a different address with same name. called and gave me proper directions stating this happens all the time. great amenities, however and very close to vetta spa and ski hills. Kitchen was well stocked. "
