"We arrived after a long day. The manager made us most welcome. Once settled in I asked about nearby restaurants He gave us good information and recommendations which by this stage we were happy to follow The room was spotless. Another manager helped us the following morning with some more local information . We were pressed with their customer service Parking was easy and i parked the car just below our first floor window for greater security. There was an ample breakfast provided on a self service basis including hot food. We were all round impressed and would be happy to return. Full marks for putting the cust "
