"This property is located in a great area in orillia with a short drive to everything near by including the casino. The vibe in the home is homie and great for what you need for a one night or few night stay. Appreciated that they had the home stocked with small things like tooth brushes, paste, cookwear, etc. overall great stay would definitely come back!"

"The surrounding area of the building is quiet and was good for a getaway. Host communication was good and thorough. However, basic amenities were not provided as listed, i.e. missing toilet papers, tv/tv remote wasn't working and power was cut off for a section of a unit, so we couldn't even use the kettle to boil water. There were 3 random pods of coffee left for use, but they were so random that at the end of the day, I wasn't sure if they were supplied to me or whether I was supposed to bring...

"Property was showing some age with very few kitchen utensils and mix match of cutlery and plates glasses etc. Things were still dirty in the cupboards so we had to wash all again. The cutlery tray was dirty and pots and pans should have been replaced long ago. They should have a checklist which they itemize each item and quality. A really good stay. Have been several times to Carriage Ridge and such a great location "

"The apartment was good. It was hard to find because most of the signs were covered in deep snow and the way the apartments are numbered makes it difficult to find. The room had everything we needed. I liked having a mini fridge, a microwave, dishes, and a TV with the capacity to stream Netflix. I was disappointed that there was not a kettle as advertised. The Champlain Waterfront Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection

"This hotel had a wonderful mattress and fantastic pillows. The room was small, but it was just fine as we were only sleeping there. Yhe licatoon was excellent as we were attending the festivities at the port. Room/washroom was very clean. Breakfast was a 5, not the greatest. Would recommend rhis to others."

"Very close to the 400 highway, but very quiet. The call of loons, ducks and geese were very soothing. Watched a beaver swim by. While most of the features (restaurant, seasonal water craft) were not available as it was off season, we were able to walk to another restaurant and it was great. Looking forward to visiting again during summer season."
