Beautiful place to stay quiet

El lugar es perfecto para una estancia en antigua Guatemala. Me quede en el 2do nivel con vista directa al volvan de agua y al Volcan de fuego. Me encanto

Very nice clean and customer attention is fast

During our trip to Guatemala in August 2026, we stayed at Hotel Tikal Futura to celebrate my brother’s birthday. It was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The security team made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, gym, massage services, and a shopping mall right next door, with a movie theater nearby! The food was absolutely delicious! Our...

Beautiful

Centrally located. Access to many restaurants, Church and even a green area to jog (if early in the morning). Rooms are upkept with modern amenities. Great for a short stay for either business or pleasure. Great comfortable bed. Except for the hot water, in the shower that failed the first day, I cannot find any flaws to this hotel. BTW, the water was back that evening... dont know why, so I did not complain to management. Would definetely use again in another trip.

The properties view and service is excellent. Only wish my room had air conditioning

Great hotel. Will come again.

This hotel really should have been advertised as glamping instead. VERY difficult drive / ride to the hotel on a winding dirt road along the edge of the mountain. VERY difficult walk through the property up and down steep cobblestone paths. No heat or AC. The parking is down the road at a local family’s personal house. Breakfast was good but pretty late at 9:00 and the same eggs, plantain, and avocado every day, so some days we skipped breakfast even though it was already paid for. It was...

Beautiful setting for a hotel, on the beach of Lake Peten Itza and inside the Guatemalan rainforest! You can see and hear howling monkeys on the way to your room! Staff service was great, food was delicious!

This property was great! The manager was very friendly and accommodating as we were not locals in the area. We will return!

Beautiful place comfortable

This ia a fabulous old old hotel/monastery and museum, that is why I do not give a five in the condition but it was absolutely perfect for a one night stay going to the market. Paula the manager gave us a very interesting tour of the place and Manuel our personal attendant was very attentive, He built us a fire that lasted all night. The food in the restaurant was delicious, pure freshness and goodness. The hotel has a view of the very colorful cemetery. The market was steps away. Was...

Excelentes instalaciones, cuartos muy limpios, areas comunes bien iluminadas y limpias, piscina muy linda y bien ubicada. Amplio parqueo. Excelente ubicación.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.

The hotel was clean and in a perfect location. They offered all kinds of amenities

A clean and neat hotel with extremely professional and friendly staff. The hotel is comfortable and faculties adequate. Best to skip the breakfast as there are other options in town.
