"Small things, like a broken chair in our room and a shower hose that had a broken bracket. A full time handyman and a couple of hundred dollar investment in the room would go a long way. Simply, poorly maintained."

The bathroom does not have proper ventilation, which has caused any metal surface to rust/ I provided this feedback to the staff, and it was received with a combative attitude. Would suggest you find somewhere else to stay."

"I went to a concert at the Steven Tanger hall and it was right actthe street. Perfect for what I needed. Parking at the hotel was 18$ but would've had to pay if not staying there to park at concert hall so it was a win win."
