"Super cute place, breakfast was excellent, but if you stay there to get a good nights sleep, dont bother reserving a room at Port Inn Hotel. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation whether they are outside on the patio, or talking at the front desk. We had to listen to 3 people on the patio until after 1am. Then they brought their conversation into the lobby. We listened to them there for about another hour."

"Wi-Fi was fine for telephone tablets and computer. Television sets were older and Wi-Fi connections were unreliable. You’re staying in the equivalent of a mother-in-law suite. Enter through the side of the house. It is relatively new and good for a couple or a couple with one child. The port Saint Joe area is very nice with good seafood, and good access to the beach."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental in Cape San Blas! The rental was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. Fantastic views of the Gulf, and just steps from sandy beaches. The property management company was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would choose this spot again in a heartbeat!"

"I had to put 4 stars for the accuracy of the description because I truly feel you are underselling the property. The picture of the access of the beach looks really far away, but in reality you literally just walk down two sets of stairs and you are stepping onto the beach. The description of the 2nd king bedroom should really say king suite. It is large with a beautiful private bathroom. The location of the property is fantastic. Very private, but also the few people we did see were all so very nice. Just a few houses down is a docking area where you can charter a boat to get to the island, or even charter it to go fishing. We did both and the fact that they were so convenient and close to the property made us feel very safe and comfortable. This was our son’s senior year spring break, how many kids can say they caught a hammerhead and a manta ray? We, him, and his buddies made memories that will last a lifetime. "

"Great rooms with full views of the ocean.Kitchen pots were found in the bathroom closet and although there was a mixer and pans for baking, there was no baking spatula. Bedding for the fold out had a hole in it. Spice cabinet was less than advertised. Salt and Pepper. We appreciated the beach chairs and the beach itself was fantastic. Felt very safe.However, overall we had a wonderful time."
