"Great location, excellent amenities, and unbeatable value!I have come to love The Palmetto! The location is fantastic with incredibly easy access to the beach. The staff is always very friendly, and a huge perk is that the pool amenities are open 24/7. The prices this time of year are excellent.While I haven't stayed in the oceanfront building, the rooms across the street are very affordable and clean, even if they are a little out of date. The only downside is that the lower price point can sometimes bring a louder or rowdier crowd of guests. Overall, it’s a wonderful, budget-friendly stay and I will definitely keep coming back!"

"Staff was very nice at hotel, the reservation lady that doesn't work at the hotel, very rude and obnoxious. The beds are comfortable, view was the best; however the floors were dirty and sandy. The parking lot is awful no way do they have enough parking for all guest. I would stay again, but I don't like the parking issues, so probably won't."

"Right on the beach with private balcony was great. Building old needs renovation Bed was comfortable. Parking lot was $30 for weekend stay in an outdoor parking lot. Refrigerator was molded and rusted inside. Okay for a short stay."

"I was here last year for my birthday and it was as awesome as this year. This year we came for my granddaughter’s birthday and they literally made her feel special like a Princess . So grateful the Hyatt made her birthday amazing. The staff is great . Front desk people were friendly and kind. The room was clean and beautiful views with amazing sunsets. Breakfast has really great choices to eat. And let me add ,best hash browns .The pool is great temperature . They have lazy river but the floats are not uniform therefore you take what’s floating around . They supply towels which is plus when you don’t want to carry things around. The food was very good another plus to stay in the resort to enjoy beach and pool . Now the beach last year the chairs and umbrella was included this year it wasn’t. It was a little pricey to get every day I definitely liked when it was included but overall It was great and I’ll recommend Hyatt Place in Panama City Beach . The parking is across the street and you get use to it but don’t get caught in the rain it’s a little walk . The area has everything you need right across from restaurants, stores , movies even Walmart and Target for beach toys and needs . I hope whoever comes enjoys it as much as my family and I had. We had 3 rooms and all were great. We will be back ."
