"It was a really nice room, with a beach view & near the pool and the bar (which wasn't open much as it was off-season). The wi-fi was in & out. They offer room service on request, and I only requested once as I only stayed a few days. The maintenance lady did a great job cleaning up my room. The parking situation isn't the best; it is $15 per night to park across the street. I don't feel that Expedia was clear about this, so not the motel's fault. It's an older property, but nice. I'd say between good and excellent is how I'd rate it. I would recommend it and I'll likely return again."

"This was my first time at a boutique hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The decor was cute and fun! Filled with character. The rooms were nice, clean and stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The staff was friendly and whenever I have to visit Tallahassee, I’ll definitely book with BOB again."

"Loved the ocean view rooms are a little dated but nice. The only problem I had was I wanted to extend my stay and when I asked about it they said all they had left were the next higher priced rooms went and looked on expedia and it said they had the same kind we were staying in so I booked a room down the road"
