We made our choice based on the previous reviews and were not disappointed. We chose one of the package rates which includes breakfast and sauna in the mornings and would highly recommend that option. Everything was lovely, from the breakfast to the staff. I love small hotels and they’ve done an excellent job at maintaining it. Everyone was friendly and the location was wonderful.

Excellent property, comfortable beds, nice size bathroom with walk in showers, very clean. Nice pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Excellent location about 5 minutes or less walk into Old Town. I arrived on an early ferry from Helsinki and through I would just drop off my bags for the day as check in and a at 3:00 pm and it was 11:00 am. Kristi, the Head Concierge, is the best! I needed to make floral arrangements for a funeral on a Sunday when all shops were closed- and Kristi was able to leverage her contacts to get a beautiful bouquet to the service. She will never know how much this simple gesture meant to me and my family, but she delivered when needed most. This is definitely the hotel in Tallinn in which to stay!

There was a problem with my first room and they quickly made it right. It’s close to the port and Uber is easy. Doing a walking tour that starts in front of the tourist information is a great way to see and hear about Tallin.

The Kreutzwald Hotel is a very nice, comfortable hotel near downtown Tallinn. While it is not IN downtown and therefore a short walk from shops and old town, it is very comfortable and affordable. For the business traveler, ideal since much of their time is spent doing business and not seeing the sights. Still nice for the holiday traveler, but not as convenient as a hotel in old town, but you don't have to pay the price of old town, plus the rooms are more spacious than those in old town.

It’s one of the oldest soviet-era hotels, modernized, and has lot to offer. The views are stunning, and everything is in walking distance.

Great location

Quiet area, excellent service with breakfast, spa and waterpark, convenient to reach from Tallinn city by public transportation. We will come back again for sure!

Lovely hostel

The hostel’s location was terrific—close to Tallinn’s Old Town. My room was very clean and the building had character. I’d stay again.
