Aloft Zhengzhou ShangjieShangjie District
7.6 out of 10, Good, (5 reviews)
"Absolutely excellent room and facilities given the price.
The key issue that keeps it from getting an absolutely top rating is the presence of mosquitos in the room"

"Perhaps the rating of the hotel is not fair. I am actually quite upset at Hotels.com for letting me book this hotel when I couldn't even check in as a foreigner. I didn't get to the hotel till after dinner only to find out I couldn't check in. It was extremely inconvenient for my family. I am considering giving up my use of hotels.com for not providing this information, or knowing it"

10/10 Excellent
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the room was comfortable and well-kept, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to great shopping spots. Everything came together to make my stay relaxing and convenient. I’d definitely come back!
