Hotel with a Concierge in Hérault from AED66

"Functional apartment hotel with large rooms and small kitchenettes, including basic pots and utensils. Ours also had a balcony. Not fancy, but clean and perfect for our family. "

"We picked this property for its vicinity to St-Roch station. The rooftop pool was lovely and my partner enjoyed the spa and sauna. The room was very clean. The best thing about this hotel though was that all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! "

"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

Apart from it being situated in the immediate city centre, walkable, pristinely clean, and friendly staff; after realizing I had forgot several expensive articles of clothing in my room wardrobe, the staff went out of their way to secure my things and have them shipped back to me in Canada, their kindness and hospitality is something I will not forget when booking another trip to the lovely city of Montpellier! "Arrived after-hours, so followed instructions and collected our room keys which were waiting for us at Oz’Inn, just 2 minutes walk from Natureva Spa. Had 2 consecutive bookings (3N each) and the next day we asked reception to keep us in the same room - they obliged and we were able to keep the same room for all 6 nights - reception and admin staff were very helpful! The 1-bed apartment is well equipped with kitchen equipment, TV, etc. For a small fee you can use the washer and dryer behind reception to do laundry. The Cap d’Agde resort itself is good - it’s great to be ‘free’ and safe around the apartment, on the beach, and even walking around the rest of the complex, but we kept things mainstream. The 2 supermarkets (the Spar in Heliopolis, and the Casino in Port Ambonne) are both well-stocked). There’s a self-service laundry (in Heliopolis) despite other reviewers saying that this facility was lacking, and there are many bars and eateries to suit your taste (not catering well to those with allergies or intolerances). There are many shops (in Heliopolis and Port Ambonne), so don’t worry if you forget anything, or want to dress up for a Cap d’Agde ’party’. Natureva Spa itself has an extensive spa menu, indoor pool, sauna, hammam, etc. (not 24/7). If in Cap d’Agde again, we’d likely stay at Natureva Spa. "
