A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. Delightful and communicative owner with bonus of having the maintenance team living next door. Can’t wait to return"

"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. "House and pool very nice, Region very nice. Lunel very small, not Mitch restaurants. Stores (food) very close, short by. "

"We absolutely loved the villa. Had everything we needed. Very private. Lovely pool and pool area - poolside toilet was a bonus to prevent traipsing through the house, and outside shower too. There was an unexpected barbecue and table tennis table too. Only one small thing to note - take towels. Towels in the bathroom were provided but only 1 per person and they were on the small side (and scratchy too). We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses dans cette très belle Villa très calme au cœur d'un magnifique jardin très ombragé où l'on entend guère que le chant des oiseaux. Très grande et belle piscine très bien entretenue (le pisciniste passe 2 fois par semaine). L'accueil est parfait et le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif. En synthèse une adresse hautement recommandable au cœur d'une magnifique région."
