The hotel is right in the heart of comayagua where all the entertainment and people gather to eat and enjoy. The ambience is friendly and the people are hospitable and are not rude. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Caxa Real. We received cold water bottles when we arrived for check-in and we schedule a transportation from the airport to the hotel which was a smooth process. Relaxing getaway, We stumbled into this quant resort, from the internet, pleasantly surprised, We stayed an extra day, just to enjoy the wonderful hikes.

This place was fantastic! It had everything you needed so you wouldn’t need to go off property! The owners were very communicative via WHATS app and made check in super quick so we could start enjoying our vacation. The food and drinks were awesome. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip! A huge shout out to all the staff as they were very warm and called us each by our name .. we felt at home.

The only thing I was unhappy with is that breakfast was not included with the Expedia reservation. However, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for purchase at the hotel as it has its own restaurant.

Excellent hotel in safe area with 24/7 guards posted outside. Restaurants and mall are just across the street. Rooftop bar is beautiful, especially at night. Employees are so nice! Loved it!

We made our plans at the last minute and found the West Bay Lodge through Expedia. We booked two rooms, one for us and one for the kids. We received an email shortly after booking asking about our plans, any special requests, etc. I thought that was nice. Since we were staying over the course of a week the hotel had a driver meet us at the airport and drive us to the lodge. Amazing! Staff called us by name. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully we were treated. Rooms were clean and spacious. First trip to Honduras. Won’t ever stay at any other hotel. Day trips were planned for us. Private drivers arranged to take us anywhere we wished and waited to drive us back.
