"I don’t know why this place has such high ratings. It’s basically a motel. I think the only thing nice about this is the view from the room and the garden. Our room smelled like cigarettes and we were traveling with our baby. There is no heater for the room, just a small heater you plug in that doesn’t even make the room warm. We were cold all night. The girl at the front desk with dark hair was very sweet though. "

Also it would be nice to have a box of Kleenex in the room. I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose several times do to an oncoming cold or allergies. Very quiet and comfortable beds. "This place is phenomenal!! The checkin process is seamless and the hosts are very communicative. The location is perfectly walkable and it comes with a parking pass. The rooms are absolutely stunning and one of a kind down to every little detail! We were able to stay in the new titanic suite, which had adorable touches from old newspaper print, to white star line memorabilia, to even a violin that you can almost hear playing as if the ship was sinking.
