"The location is perfect but was spoilt by the unfriendly welcome and dirty shower curtain in the tiny bathroom. The hotel seemed to be run by a bunch of young people who were themselves on holiday. "The staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon. It was unfortunate that a late check out was almost the price of another stay since we our train out of the city wasnt until an hour after we had to check out, so we couldnt wait for the train in our room. But the luggage storage was helpful for that. Most comfortable bed weve stayed in while touring Scandinavia. It was just a shame we couldnt keep the windows open on a hot night since the noise was so loud outside."

"The hotel room is quite small. However we knew this going in and we didn't really need it to be any bigger. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were quite happy to give us free refills of teas/coffees etc at any time of day as the front desk is open 24/7"
