"4-star is a good summary. Staff very helpful, especially Van Duc, the business and tourism manager (as well as concierge)! Disappoint to hear the pool was out of use, without prior notice being given to us. Clean hotel and good breakfast."

"Great hotel in a convenient location, clean spacious rooms and beds with very accommodating staff. It was the only hotel I booked on my trip that had a western style bathroom with a bathtub which I appreciated. I wish I stayed here longer would def stay here again if I come back!"
