This is an amazing hotel for this price. Surpassed my expectations.

Our stay was amazing from the very beginning. Han helped us check in and explained all of the amazing activities and restaurants at the resort. After checking in my wife was able to connect with her on Whatapp and she was able to arrange restaurant reservations and activities even while we were on the go. The Century Hotel in Hue was fabulous. I would absolutely recommend that you stay there. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. The pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfest was delicious and a good verity to choose from.

Staff was great! Lisa and Tony were wonderful; especially Tony with the best patience and customer care professionalism. With that being said, the villa was a bit outdated and yet well maintained. Beautiful resort. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not up and running due to closures from COVID. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. We were offered late checkout and since our flight was late in the evening we were very happy with their offer. It is a quite location outside of the city but close to Marble mountain and Hoi An. I would definitely stay at this resort when I return.

The receptionist at check-in was quite friendly and helpful to change our reservation to partial-sea view. The room had an odor that I was not comfortable with. There was no screen on the windows so I didn't open due to fear of mosquitoes coming in. Air conditioning was strong and seemed clean (no odor). There was no lingering smoking smell in the room. The breakfast had a variety of options, but it was underwhelming. Flavor of soup noodle and stir fry were all tasteless.

Traveller from the USA. We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. We booked one of the room with private pool. It is located about midway between Hoi An and Da Nang Center. It is very quiet. The Staff was excellent. We had a dedicated stay ambassador which we could contact at any time for assistance.
