"The staff was ver kindly, we ordered a standard room, but got upgraded to the ocean view room, And also connected two tours for us, walkable to the restaurant and the beach, only take 12 minutes walking from the bus terminal "

"I loke the resort and amenities...i did not like that i was the only one that not got my room early...i make all reservation for everyone and all rooms wer ready 3 hours beforw mine.....did not got a call for it ....and after getting my keys. They completely forgot that i needed a roll away bed for my child....they stated that room wasn't ready because the extra bed but was not the true. "

"Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness. The view was pretty but there are no chairs on the beach which is on the shores of a marina . Overall I would not stay again. I...
