Overall the property experience was very good! Clean and spacious room. Great location and excellent facilities. However, service was painfully slow in some cases. In particular at the Bar Lounge and Ballestas Restaurant. Although there was a particular staff member named Oscar who served us regularly at the Ballestas breakfast who was fantastic. Super friendly and attentive.

Loved our stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel provides different kind of services and it was very easy to communicate with them and plan some of our activities there. The room was spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. Great place for adults and kids with two pools and a bar facing the ocean. Great one night stay

We only stayed for one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. We did have massages in the spa and they were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. We at are at the trattoria and the seafood restaurant on the water and both were fresh tasting and with excellent service. All staff was friendly and helpful.
