"The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! "Was pleasantly suprised with this Hostel. We had a private room with bathroom. The room was updated nicely, had AC, and the bed was nice. We had a view of the Oasis from our room. It was loud but during the day, when the bar/restaurant closed at 11pm the music turned off and was quiet (no need for earplugs even). Food was okay, breakfast wasent anything fancy but it was included. When we visited all the roads had been dug up so the area around the hostel wasent the easiest to walk around."

"Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness.
