A beautiful secluded hotel out in the countryside about 8 miles outside of Hella. By far the most local experience hotel we stayed in. Very quiet and enjoyed a nice walk in the country one morning.

Hotel Kria was a perfect place to stay on the southern coast of Iceland. It was a cozy and welcoming environment with very nice room accommodations. Clean, cozy, beautiful, well located hotel! Above all, the hotel staff was super kind and helpful. They helped us immediately when we had issues finding the bus back to the airport, and solved our problem and our stress of missing our flight. Hotel Selja is in the perfect location to see and do so many things in Iceland! The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well designed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Really close to the blue lagoon. Great breakfast and staff. Nice, comfortable rooms.

We arrived early in the morning after traveling for roughly 24 hours. We were spent. The young man at the front desk on 3/20 did his best to get us a room quickly. We made ourselves at home on the comfy leather couches and took a snooze then we walked about downtown which was only a couple of blocks away. Hotel was really nice. The outside might make you think otherwise, but it truly is a nice place. Great location and the restaurant has good food. A bit pricey, but that's pretty much all the restaurants in Iceland. We stayed there on our second night after snorkeling in Silfra and visiting Gullfoss. It was a convenient location.

Absolutely amazing. There are three areas to stay. Cabins, long single story building with private little outlooks/access to woods, and a hotel type. We stayed in the one level building and it was incredible. So quiet and clean. Large rooms. Perfect views for the lights right out your room. Staff was SO nice. Fav hotel in Iceland.

We had 2 stays at Rey Apartments. The first time we had room 105. Perfect. Ask for this room again. We flew to Greenland and then returned to Rey for our second stay. Rey is in a perfect location near restaurants, bus stops, shops and more. Great staff. Johanna, Alejandro and Marco were all wonderful and helpful.
