Brilliant place…great location, super helpful staff and a perfect room. The hotel has a real ‘cabin’ feel in a really, really good way! Two lighthouses and a lovely beach with a great view of various volcanoes and thousands of arctic terns! Really near the airport too. Oh, and the breakfast was tremendous! Go.

Its location near the KEF airport was a positive. We stayed there only one night before departure. Breakfast was good. Our dinner was excellent and highly recommended. Try the baked brie; it was SO delicious. Walking next to the lighthouse is enjoyable if the weather cooperates.

From the minute we walked in we were treated with a great attitude and a very helpful staff. The room was neat and warm. There was a restaurant in the building with a great staff that was different business. It also was outstanding try their baked brie.

The family room was perfect for the 4 of us! The hosts were all so helpful and had great senses of humor, we really felt welcome. The breakfast was quaint, the warm bread and fresh fruit delicious. The hotel was fully booked but we didn’t hear our neighbors. It was just a short drive to the airport after a very calm and peaceful stay.

Exceeded our expectations. We arrived and the staff was very friendly and even accommodated an early to go breakfast for our early flight. The rooms were so clean, and modern but cozy. I’d say this was the best stay of them all in our trip in Iceland. We watched the sunset over the lighthouse from the window in our room :)

Hotel room was spacious and we had a nice view of the lighthouse from our room! Our flight the next morning was early, so they packed a breakfast for us which I thought was really nice. The one bad thing was the shower floor had spots of black. Not sure if it was mold, but I had to wear flip flops just incase.

This place was great! It was on the coast and the cabin #7 was spacious and comfortable. Loved the hot tub on the roof. Would have liked a food option there, but would 100% book again!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, fabulous for viewing northern lights and coastal views, plus its only a short drive to the airport. The rooms were fine for a night or two stay, clean and tidy, but somewhat dominated by wood, we tried exploring but was staying on the Easter weekend and as a result many places were closed for the Easter holiday.
