"Recommend prioritizing guests checking out of the hotel. The reception was engaged with the other guests who were not checking in/out. It took quite a while before they were ready to process the check out. It is time sensitive for travelers continuing their journey. Overall nice and pleasant stay at the hotel, great staff and proximity to the airport is a plus."

Emirates airlines refused my ticket without a new fit to fly after seeing a medical doctor during my travels. Even though a clinic stamp and talking to my doctor wasn't enough without and official form.The hotel let me check out again and helped me in every way. "
