"The hotel stay was ok. Good location. Easy access with nice views in the mountains around Grenoble. Good access to restaurants and local amenities. The breakfast cost at locution is much higher than booking online including breakfast. €18 for a very poor selection. You have to pay extra if cleaning is required."

"Quiet and comfortable and within walking distance of just about everywhere in the old city. Marc was very attentive to our needs. The only thing missing was a fan to circulate the air."

"Immediately welcoming on our first day. All staff very helpful. Accommodated different food preferences for our son. Evening meal was at 7:45pm - which was quite late for us. I think this varies depending upon what groups come in. Ski equipment hire on site - although we used the shop next door. It was a good fair price for a 2 star hotel. Just what we needed"

"Nous avons passé un week end au lac de monteynard a l'occasion du trail des passerelles. L'hôtel est vraiment cosy, le personnel sympa et les chambres très jolies. Ils se sont tout a fait adaptés au rythme des sportifs pour l'occasion en proposant un menu particulier pour le repas du soir et un petit déjeuner très tôt. Nous avons aussi tres bien mangé. Juste un bémol pour le nombre de mouches dans les chambres.. mais sinon rien à redire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

"My husband and I were very much looking forward to staying here in a beautiful setting, only to be greeted by unsmiling sour faces at reception. The male whom I attempted to speak to in English (I don't speak French) made no effort at all to make us feel welcome or smile at us at any stage during our stay. Not even a goodbye, only a glance up from his desk! The lady was a little more friendly, but not overly so. Otherwise, a fairly pleasant stay in a beautiful part of the country."

"Stunning area, loads to do. Great value property. We drove over to see the Tour de France, apparently some years it comes right past the house but not this year unfortunately. Bar/ restaurant up the road did great home cooked food for two nights we were here that Kate organised for us for two courses for twelve euros which was great value too. We will be back!"
