"Perfect location. Single female traveler felt very safe. Took the train next to the hotel into the city as I had a 30 hour layover. Very convenient location. Convenience store for essentials right in the airport. Would stay here again, very convenient."

"Helpful and friendly staff"

"Good place"

"Everything is perfect."

"Very nice location, transportation, food and room"

"The Novotel Citygate hotel is at a great location! The staffs were nice and helpful. It also provides airport transportation. The room needs a little TLC otherwise it’s fine for the price paid, The hotel is connecting to a shopping mall, convenient for all shoppers. There were many places for dining, even has a supermarket. The hotel is within walking distance to buses and Metro/MTR station. I would stay at this hotel again."

"Very satisfied with this stay! Nice service and enjoy!"

"1番安い部屋でしたが広さは十分。ベッドも快適でした。トイレ、洗面台、お風呂は同じスペースです。浴槽はありました。コンビニ的なものはないので軽く食べたいなーって思ってもなにも手に入らないのでそこはご注意ください。"

"Lovely views. 👌"
