"I had a great time staying at this hotel! The hotel shuttle service was definitely a highlight, making it very convenient to travel to the MTR station, the airport, and Disneyland. However, I hope the staff can be a little more friendly, welcoming, and greet guests with a smile. A warm and friendly attitude would make the overall experience even better. Overall, i enjoyed my stay! Free breakfast is the best!"

"What I liked is that it’s a hotel attached to the airport otherwise, it offers very basic facilities /services for the prime location it has."

"As usual, great service and facility. The room is always impeccable, the view is amazing, the service is superb and the breakfast never disappoints. Is conveniently located close to the airport and they offer free shuttle back and forth - call ahead for pick up schedule."

"The hotel is well located near the airport and right next to a big outlet mall where you can shop and dine very convenient. The TV channels are limited since it didn't have all the mainland Chinese TV channels, though it has English/French channels. The bedroom light switches are confusing and not easy to operate. Overall it is a good stay."

"Great hotel, close to airport and city link. Hotel offers regular coach to take you to airport and MTR. Good pool and gym."

"Very clean and tidy and close to Hong Kong Disney with a shuttle offered which was great"

"This was my fourth stay here. The location is convenient for visiting Disney, shopping, and dining, and the staff were very kind—I had a wonderful time. I will definitely stay here again. I have one question: as an Expedia Platinum member, am I not eligible for "VIP Access" benefits?"

"Nice and spacey room with great swimming pool and a lot of facilities. Great dinner and breakfast."

"I did not know about I needed to put HK$500 cash when i check in. They should have messaged me so I could bring more cash."

"房間整潔,服務一流,露台风景美麗並旦附近很多美食 "

"Location was good. The room was good and the island was wonderful. It was a pleasant surprise, once we got there. Note, you must take a ferry to get to the island."
