"I’m absolutely in love with the hotel. I was worried about not having my morning hot tea but they surprise me with Starbucks being there in the hotel. I loved my room. It was big so I had enough room as well as having everything I needed right there I will be booking again next trip there. I highly recommend this hotel."

Unless you walk in the back door, no sign there. This sign makes me feel very unsafe. When criminals are the only ones able to carry a weapon. "The entire hotel staff consistently demonstrates a deficiency in customer service skills, including inadequate communication, lack of attentiveness, and failure to address guests' needs promptly. "

"The shower/tub in our room did not turn on at all...no water to bathe. The bathroom door would not close due to damage on the bottom of the door. We spoke with the manager, Stephanie, about the problem. She had no ideas for a resolution and did not apologize for the situation. I understand that things happen and resolving them the best way you can is how you gain customer loyalty. We were reserved for another night but we left after one night so that we could get a room that would allow us to bathe. Stephanie said that we couldn't use any other rooms because they were sold out. I suggest driving 10 mi south and staying at a hotel that appreciates your business and doesn't provide you with a manager with an attitude. The breakfast staff was very friendly yet the food was just average."
