"service was outstanding; handicap bathroom was among the very experienced"

"This gem of a small hotel is located at the best possible place in a magical ancient city. It is close to both the Old City of Jerusalem and the modern downtown with easy access by foot to both Muslem and Jewish parts of the city. The property is far from new but it has obviously been renovated recently with very pleasing results. The lobby is comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast and breakfast room are outstanding. Staff is super-friendly, kind and accomodating in the extreme. I accidently...

"A true luxury hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. A short walk to the Old City and the religious sites for all visitors. For those with a car, especially staying over Sabbath, ample underground secure parking. Provisions also for services during Shabbat. Great views from the roof top swimming pool. Tours and public transportation very near by. Lots of fine shopping too on weekdays. This hotel is a favorite of organized tour groups so advanced booking recommended."

"La douche coulée sur la toilette"

"Everything was perfect"

"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."

"Good hotel."
