"Location is good for Penn State University football games. Hotel has the bare minimum in the room, not even a box of tissues. It is clean, but doesn't smell so good."

Plus, our hostess met us on our return from an outing with fresh baked cookies! There was also fresh milk and eggs waiting for us in the refrigerator. "Home was very clean and well maintained. Close to Orbsonia (10min drive), a small village equipped with all basic needs. The home spacious five bedrooms large open common space accommodated seven adults and two children. A bonus is the three full bathrooms!!!! It’s very close to town but you still like your miles away from anyone. The beautiful quiet mornings are definitely a hit with my family. "The surrounding area of this cottage is beautiful, private and very quiet and the creek in the back is its best attribute. I have stayed at several vrbos over the years and this one felt more like a camping cottage on a camp ground than a vrbo home. We were surprised to find it was heated by an electric fireplace in the main room which was broken upon arrival. The hosts did a good job of getting it fixed the next day but it was a cold night.
