Nice hotel

Everything was as expected and no issues. I had a good time.

Yukiko was top notch, over the top helpful with dining suggestions and help with a car issue we had. Very friendly and gracious. Great dinner options within a 10 minute walk. Quiet & comfortable.

It's quiet and has a nice view. Also, there is a shuttle bus, so it is very good to go to Tokushima Station. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Hot springs are good, and ice cream after hot springs is good. Recommend.

Very reasonable cost and the restaurant was quite good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was conveniently next to transportation.

Excellent check in and breakfast staff. Both so helpful, friendly, professional & welcoming. Large, clean room with full amenities (coffee, tea, water, toiletries). Great location a few minutes walk from train station.

All good They could speed up check-in a bit but it was not slow, just could be faster. Location was good Pleasant helpful staff

Was close to JR station. Rooms were clean and the employees were really nice

I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional feel of the suite, the bathroom was my favorite part. Access to a balcony was welcomed, the beds were comfy, and the room was quite spacious. The location is very close to the Awa Odori festival, shrines, and restaurants. The hostess spoke very good English and was a very sweet woman. The price was only expensive because I had booked explicitly for the Awa Odori, but that is to be expected for such a grand festival and being so close.

Free breakfast buffet that was very good.
