We enjoyed coffee on the deck, afternoons on the dock and evenings by the fire. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sunsets over the lake were spectacular. "We chose this property specifically because of the hot tub, so that was a disappointment. During our stay, the hot tub never got very warm and the chlorine level seemed very strong to the point that it burned our eyes just sitting there. There were also some cleanliness and maintenance issues, including cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on trays, and multiple burned-out light bulbs. "Room was clean! Bathroom updated and clean which was noticeable. Continental breakfast was plentiful. Convenient location. Not fancy but Perfect for one night! Bed cushion was too soft or worn but may be because a firm mattress is preferred. The three pillows on each bed was a plus. Overall, very happy with stay and reasonable rate through Expedia and American Express."
