Reading some of the reviews before I stayed at this hotel made me wonder if I was going to have a pleasant experience; I'm so glad to report that I could not be happier of my decision of staying here; personnel is kind, and naturally caring, I felt like they were looking after me at all times and that's rare in a lot of resorts. One reason for which i decided to stop at this hotel was its location on the beach by the ocean, the rooms look and spacious green territory for relaxation with multiple pools. I don't regret a minute that I made this choice! It was absolutely worth it! The price reasonable for an excellent service quality! Very clean and extremely comfortable and homey rooms! Soft beds, sofa in the room and patio on top of everything! Every room is with view and patio! Isn't that amazing? And falling asleep...

We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! The food was really good, bar slightly over priced so all inclusive would be worth it if you intend to spend most of your time at the hotel. Good place to stay the holiday,, but only the staff is not good ,,

My friend and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was much better than expected. Rooms are beautiful and so are the views. Right on the beach. Spa was excellent and so was the food. They recommended UpLanka Tours to pick us up from the airport and also for a day excursion- they were fantastic and so friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel again- the staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was a 250 rupee "room service charge" every time we wanted them to bring us some ice....

I spent 2 nights at this beautiful property, and I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the staff. The hotel is very authentic and their food is yummy! The best srilankan dinner we had! The room are old but thats fine.. the staff is awesome and the owners so friendly.. they have a stunning seating with a wonderful view for lunch or dinnner and their breakfast is yummy

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to The Palms. It was a convenient location as Beruwala is near (we walked to it but it was a hike). Relaxing, breakfast buffet was great, staff was helpful, but internet was only in the public area and even then only in certain areas in the public area.

Extremely difficult to find. The adress said Wadduwa, but it is in Kalutara. Our driver used more than 1 hour to find the place, there was no signs at all. The price, compared to next door hotels and their facilities, is too high.

If you are need a hotel to relax and have a great weekend this is the best one in wadduwa. Also I am highly recommend this hotel and spa for foreigners who are willing to travel in wadduwa or kalutara area. Delicious foods and clean large rooms are perfect.
