"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

Städtchen ist fantastisch (Weltkulturerbe) Nicht Positiv: extrem lange Wege zu den Zimmern, wenn gebucht zu den Anwendungen, zum Speisesaal, dem Römerbad etc. In den unterirdischen Katakomben verlaufen sich viele Gäste."
