The stay at The Blue Mansion Qing Suites is definitely the highlight of my Penang trip. The hotel is stunning and modern and you can just cross the street to visit the original Blue Mansion, whose rooms are too classic for my taste. Highly recommended!!!

This is probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. The location is out of a movie. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes an effort to get to know you. The room was amazing and had fresh fruit every day. Every meal was delicious. They are always making sure you have enough water when you are on the beach and I got a free kayak rental. The service, property and the food are exceptional

One of the best hotel I have stayed in so far. Rooms are very nice and service is excellent. Location is very private and beach is clean. If you are traveling with kids they will enjoy the kids club too.

Picked this hotel over the Four Seasons due to the rooms being right on the beach. Walk out your door and you are on the sand. Found out during our stay that the staff is second to none, pamper you to the point you feel guilty. Food was excellent, both the free breakfast (inspired made to order dishes) and the dinner on the beach was incredible (both the food and the sunset dining on the beach). New, modern and stylish. Check in staff accommodated my special request for a quite room. Staff always present by not intrusively so. NIce location in the tourist district.

The hotel is nice. The problem it is on the other side of the island which is less popular due to the quality of sea water. Activities ie swimming and snorkeling are not feasible. The issue I have with booking with Expedia is that we lose a lot of benefits as Marriott ie no upgrade of room unless you pay extra

We had a great experience at the TH Hotel in Alor Setar. It's a beautiful, new hotel only a 3 minute taxi ride from the main airport in Alor Setar. It hotel was extremely clean and well maintained both inside and out. The hotel lobby has high ceiling with beautiful art on several tables all round the middle. Customer service was very good. amazing resort , very kindly & friendly staff , high quality, safe and wonderful SPA. It's good resort for family and honeymooners. It's haveing the Arabian food with Arabic menu and good tasty. I am high recommend this resort.

Every thing was perfect just a full length mirror was missing in the rooms .Would appreciate if rooms were updated with a full length mirror either inside the cupboards or on a wall.

I liked everything about the resort. Only problem was around food. We had a toddler and wanted to order food and tried to rush the orders as she was hungry but both times times the suggested wait times were 45 minutes and 25 minutes. A bit inconvenient.

Super nice staff! The room was basic but comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of the night market and beach road.
