Complete relaxation in a beautiful setting. The villas are comfortable and quite big. The open air concept gives you that feeling of being in nature, but in a private setting. The entire grounds give way to a stress-free experience. The staff are helpful and courteous; they went over and above to tend to our needs. It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Bed comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Food exceptional! The Billion Mall is connected so you don’t even need to leave the building to shop for fresh foods, clothing, electronics or sweet treats. There is a bowling alley on the fourth floor which was really fun as well. Really enjoyed this hotel. Be aware that there is no airport shuttle as the website advertises though, however the staff will arrange a taxi, make sure to have cash to pay the taxi if...

Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

This two-bedroom apartment is clean and tidy. The beds are large and comfortable as well.

Good location. Hard to walk in Ipoh with uneven sidewalks. Just take a Grab for 5-6 ringgits. The gym is ok but VERY hot and stuffy with no AC and no fan. Gym is essential useless. Better to take the weights out to the hallway to work out. Also the pool is closed except if you stay in the suites. Locked all the time. So NO real pool.

Nice apartment building for my one night stay. Nice view of mountains all around.
