I have stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2019, and repeat visits obviously indicate that I am fully satisfied with my stay, every time I visit. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, service levels of the staff are impeccable, and the value for money for the room rate is excellent. If there ia onw downside that I would complain about, it is the location, because the neighbourhood is not walking friendly and their are no choice of restaurants nearby thar one can reach by walking....

Nice new hotel, centrally located, room was comfy, but a bit small. Food at the restaurant was great!

Very nice hotel with Bundaran HI view, All staff are helpfull and friendly especially when we have breakfast and dinner at signature, cheft heri purnama made delicious special fried rice for us, and also all the waiter like mr.Eddy, mr.Rahman, mrs.Lidya, mr.Maliki, mr.Kevin, mr.Bray are very helpfull make us like at home

We would definitely stay here again. The bed was quite comfortable. Location is within walking distance of the MRT. And the rooms are very clean.

Upon entering the hotel drive you're greeting by security which is thorough but not obtrusive. The lobby is on the 21st floor as well is the lounge. There is a another lounge/restaurant on the 8th floor. Pool and fitness center on 8th floor. The 21st floor lounge offers 5 different meals a day that are inclusive of your rate. The staff from the front desk, room, dining area & housekeeping was warm, friendly, & very accomodating. We were provided & experienced the VIP treatment! Food was excellent, highly recommend the Italian (squid ink pasta) & Indonesian restaurants (breakfast buffet). Great discount at the spa from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Their main asset is the great staff. They are a cheerful and helpful group of people who perform their tasks with great enthusiasm. The room was clean and well kept and the price was very affordable. I will definitely visit again when I am in Jakarta.

The Darmawangsa stays the same when all around it is constantly changing and that’s a great thing. It has maintained its old world charm. Leave it at that.
