"No issues at all!"

"The place was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. There were food splatters all over the surfaces of the room. The door handles and lock were also smeared with some kind of black liquid. The bathroom had an odd smell and there was hair all over shower walls. We also found cigarette butter in the room. Only one elevator was functioning, though it was very shaky while operating. I hate to speak poorly of staff as we all have bad days. Having said that, they were not helpful at all and...

"Nice hotel, very historic, but the bed was a full size, and the mattress was as hard as a rock."

"Very clean, kind and helpful staff and always a good breakfast."

"Beautiful updated hotel. Absolutely love the very spacious rooms and lobby!"

"Checked in after midnight. That was quick and pleasant. The complimentary snack table had food all over it. Our room had dust balls the size of a quarter on the floor by the air vent and still coming out and dust over most of the room. That will definitely cause allergies to flair. Other than those 2 things, all was good."

"Breakfast was great so many choices . Property was clean."

"If you like a cottage in the woods surrounded by colorful fall leaves, this is the place. Very quiet and peaceful, close to Natural Bridge Park snd Red River Gorge."

"We had an amazing stay!! The place was clean and nice and breakfast was super convenient in the mornings. I think the only negative thing was that the fridge was really loud at night and then it stopped working the next day. Other than that, amazing place. The best thing was for sure the staff. Everyone was super sweet and welcoming. They gave us lots of recommendations to do around the city. Absolutely recommend."

"Room was clean, staff helpful, walking distance to bridge into Cincinnati"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality for the price! I have nothing negative to say. The provision of evening meal and breakfast is great, though I chose to eat food from the bar in the evening. It was very good. I will definitely stay at one of these hotels again."

"Everything was great. Would recommend. Room were clean and staff was very friendly. All around great stay."
