"We booked a stay on our way to visit relatives. It was a very good price for our stay. The check in was easy and they were very nice and gave us water bottles which we appreciated. Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator with a very small freezer section. The freezer section was big enough to refreeze some of our cooler packs but not all of them. The refrigerator kept everything nicely cold and not frozen so the temperature was very good in both sections. Microwave was nice to have too. Some of the room paint needs touched up and the molding and doors needed cleaned/or repainted. The floor shows some where but since it was very clean that did not bother me. The location was convenient and traffic noise was not bad at all. We thought that it was a good bargain so booked it to stay on our return. There are places to eat, a walmart and gas stations very close by. All in all a great stay and would stay here again."

"This was a nice cabin right on the lake. Cabin was stocked with essentials. It was very helpful that the host had pamphlets to help us find things to do. Also town is nearby but notToo close. Rooms are all big and yet cozy. When we arrived we were greeted by a deer in the backyard. The next morning we were visited by some ducks. Nature at its finest. The only negative would be that the driveway is a little tricky as it is very steep."

"What a beautiful setting for our ladies trip to Berea, out in the country and hearing the animal sounds, enjoying soft breezes and beautiful landscape all around us.The house fit our needs perfectly.The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked with supplies.We had a lovely time.Thanks to Sandy for her hospitality.PS be sure to access the road PAST the farmhouse where you are staying and go to the store! It has a great variety of gifts and food, especially their own meat products. I even bought some Michigan pasties!"

"We had a lovely time in Berea! The house was centrally located and therefore much was within walking distance. Property owners were very quick to respond to questions.The house was clean inside. The driveway was a hoot! My only critique is that it would have been nice to have a dish cloth in the kitchen and an extra dish towel. I did bring one of the washcloths from the bathroom to use in the kitchen."
