"This place was absolutely amazing! It was everything we had hoped for! My son and I traveled here from Washington state to visit family and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage near the lake. The country side leading to the cottage is lovely. It rained on us for a while but rather than being disappointed it was nice due to the rain falling on the tin roof and lulling us to sleep! Our host was friendly and responded quickly when we had a few questions. We would stay here again."

"The location was beautiful. I wish the bed was a little more comfortable as we both woke up pretty stiff from the mattress every day. We decided not to use the hottub since it didnt feel very private. With the house so close next door and the hot tub on the front porch, people doing yard work mere feet away etc it just didnt feel private to us. I think it would be better on the side of the house. Maybe just a personal preference."

"This location was very easy to find. I was nervous after I booked because it said difficult to find. The person running this listing called me and reassured me it was not hard to find. Prior to arriving we were sent a keyless passcode to entire. Kids had a great time hanging out outside around the fire and down by the lake would 100% recommend"

"Justin at check in was awesome, he was nice & professional very welcoming.. The room was clean & comfortable. The lamp on the wall didn't work & the fridge didn't get real cold but everything was compatible for our nights stay. Housekeepers was nice & helped me with my older dog, while I took my very hyper pup to the car, When your in need of somewhere good to stay while in Richmond ky this red roof is great . My #1 pick.. Thank you all awesome job! 5 *'s "
