So we may have gotten lost on the tail system. It is very confusing. At one point I passed 3 signs that said Indian Fort Lookout was .1 mile ahead (I never turned off the path I was on). After getting lost I came across this overlook; Very happy I got lost. And, you know, you're never lost in the woods, you are just exploring a new path.

"My family had a pleasant time at Throw'n Shade. It was a quick trip to get outdoors at the Gorge, grab some pizza, then a evening at the cabin. The location is beautiful, nice view of a valley in the spring with no close neighbors. Just enough for what we were looking for."

"The place was a clean place to lay your head. The owners made good use of the space, and was decorated to accommodate its clients. But the property had several areas that was concerning. The driveway/ roadway coming to the property had a huge drop off which damaged my trailer. The internet was almost nonexistent. "It’s the first review so gotta be thorough! We traveled to the area to ride at Wildcat. Two families with young kids. The property was perfect with 3 housing cabins, two with twin bed lofts perfect for the kids. A main cabin with bathrooms and full kitchen. A small hike up to an observation loft. Plenty of room for our trucks/trailers. 8 mile trip on the road to Wildcat entrance, our ATVs are street legal and it made it so easy to get to/from. "This property was beautiful. The Cabin was wonderful! The little touches like fans on the porches , beautiful kitchen , beautiful bathroom and privacy and beauty of the property. If I had to find something negative I guess I would say it could use some curtains at least in the bathroom but I’m not complaining. Really look forward to another trip there. "
