Desert Grace was a spectacular place overall. The rooms are gorgeous, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Having a private deck and plunge pool is awesome. Finally, the sunsets and animals wandering around are icing on the cake. Absolutely recommend.

Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, served by the excellent, considerate and light-hearted waiting staff. When I appeared to have lost my passport just before leaving, Stephanie on the front desk instantly jumped into fully supportive tracking mode, and together we found it. The approach to service seemed excellent throughout all the staff I encountered.

What an amazing hotel. It’s incredibly well put together. The rooms are upscale and new. The views are crazy beautiful. The best part was attentive, professional and friendly service.

The family atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, and the hosts were friendly and kind. We really did have giraffes visiting us for breakfast, they made sure of it, along with a lovely oryx.

We needed a peaceful rest stop during a busy trip and this exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, the food was very good, especially the dinners. We enjoyed the Oryx steaks and seafood pizza. We saw too many birds to count and several wildlife animals visited the nearby water hole. We took the two hour morning safari and had a great time. We saw giraffes, ostriches, warthogs, kudus, sable antelopes, water bucks, elands, oryx, zebras, and more. Our four rooms face the water side of the...
