This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. My dad and I went to sky's villa for an event and we were wonderfully surprised by the beauty and amenities of the property. The design of the common areas was lively and the rooms' decor were lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised when the "continental" breakfast turned out to be a full jamaican breakfast. Big up Sky's!! I would definitely book again if I'm going to be in the area.

We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
