Cheap Hotels in Kota Kinabalu District from AED 55

These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

Very nice hotel, clean, no nonsense, and extremely quick reply. The bed was super comfortable and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Good stay. Very convenient to all eateries restaurants and supermarket. Easy to use Grab or pickups. Many places are open 24/7

We used this hotel as a stop over whilst flying in and then out of the airport the next day. 10 minutes from the airport. Clean, comfy beds and a nice shower. Couldn’t of asked for more. No breakfast but we didn’t need it as we were catching an early flight out

Great views. If you don't have your own transportation, you're a bit isolated here. But that's part of the draw. It's about an hour's drive from the city, and it's generally quiet and has fantastic scenery. On weekends, it gets a little busy with day visitors who come for the sunset and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.

Pick up from airport makes seamless arrival. English is good enough for business. Restaurants on premises and minimart. Nothing to visit in the neighborhood. If you join the (free) club they’ll drive you places nearby and arrange tours at discount. Helpful and friendly staff.

Awesome location to enjoy the Saturday & Sunday Gaya Market. Comfortable with basic facilities. Highly recommend if you're planning to explore the nearby area.

Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom...

Excellent location for shopping and foods.

It is a clean tidy place with very attentive staff. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable. We used it as a base for our two week stay in Sabah and really enjoyed our stay there. The drive up and down the hill is interesting. It is a windy road and you have to watch out for the local water buffalo's (which are nowhere near as aggressive as the ones in Australia). A RECOMMENDED HOTEL THAT THAT IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED, CLEAN AND OFFERS VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATION IN ONE OF THE TOP LOCATIONS IN KOTA KINABALU...THE STAFF AND THE MANAGEMENT IS GENUINELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL...THE HOTEL IS LOCATED NEXT TO SEVERAL OLDER MALLS (WISMA MERDEKA AND THE KK MALL) AND THE NEW SARIAH SABAH MALL...THE FARMERS MARKET AND GAYA STREET ARE JUST A COUPLE OF HUNDRED METERS AWAY...LOTS OF GREAT RESTAURANT CHOICES NEARBY...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great hotel.

We stayed for four nights. It was comfortable to stay there. We stayed at bigger room, and it was very large for two people. Everything was fine such as wi-fi connection, bus service, attitude of the staff members and condition of the room(I guess this hotel was built quite recently...). There were a convenience store. And many places to have meals. From street restaurants to ordinary restaurants. You should choose here to stay at Kota Kinabalu at reasonable price!
