We absolutely loved the property, our room, the dining, and the wine tasting. Only cons I would say are that the check in process was very difficult, it taking about an hour between arrival and getting to our room, and the process was confusing. We even had a Georgian-speaking guide that was helping us. We were also given the wrong room, which was an honest mistake that they fixed, but we would have like to be able to enjoy the property much sooner. As a side note, don't stress about...

We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area.

Loved staying at the Swissotel. Realised on Day 2 how great a location it was to see.more of Tbilisi than jist tje tourist areas, which are readily walkable. Staff were fantastic, David at Olives especially and the Reception team could not have been more helpful

The staff is simply amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests: rooms close to each other, some forgotten hygiene items, late checkout, etc. The breakfast buffet has good choices of regional food and has an authentic Georgian sweets and is presented in a very elegant way. Yes, I wish the rooms had some USB ports for more convenient charging and a bit more stability with the hot water temp in early mornings - something that seems to be a common problem in the region - but...

Excellent stay at the Pullman, great location, beautiful view of the city from the room, the Dumas restaurant and the bar. Helpful staff, well maintained rooms; they thought of everything. I highly recommend the Pullman and would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location, with everything you could want for a wonderful stay. The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering stunning views of the city, a sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance, and an excellent selection of food and drinks. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. And the breakfast is truly spectacular — one of the highlights of our stay. Highly recommended!
