Excellent stay here in a beautiful room and when the climate control system was not working in my first room they easily swapped me to another one helping me with my baggage. The quality of the breakfast buffet was fine although they could do a little bit more to make the pre-processed meats and vegetables tastier by adding more fresh herbs. It would have been nicer to have a machine to make freshly ground coffee and espresso options rather than the mediocre coffee. The gym needs to have much more equipment there is room for that. The hotel restaurant itself serves lovely and imaginative meals.

The property is very well kept, and it is comfortable, but the best asset is their customer service crew. The front desk managers were very attentive and kind,also the restaurant was amazing and the level of care and support just amazing!!

We had an excellent time, the suit in front of the beach , at night you look like you are in a cruise. Fantastic time to do nothing , relax , restaurant very close nice to have an incredible time, thanks

We stayed for 6 days and loved it. Room was standard Ibis small, but functional with desk and closet to put away luggage and hang/store clothes. Bathroom also a comfortable size with hot shower. Daily cleaning also nice. Staff was very friendly and food at the restaurant tasty and of good quality, but many walkable cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Well... this is the best hotel to go while in Huanchaco... the staff is a 10. for the rest, lot of investments must be done. property is in very bad shape
