"Very helpful staff, great amenities, some of the food could have been a bit better: meat (lamb and beef) was tough. Fresh cooking station was excellent."

"I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign...

"Other than the breakfast being cold, this place was superb! Great location, very clean and modern environment. Amazing and friendly staff. I don’t think I’ll be able to stay in any other place while in Nanyuki."

"This is an excellent and reasonably priced place to visit, very peaceful and quiet. The landscape is serene which I could view from my own private deck with fresh coffee throughout the day. Paul the manager was extremely helpful in making arrangements for a game drive and a couple of great cultural experiences with the local tribe, along with nightly camp fire and music from a Kenyan Nyatiti I believe. The dining was fantastic and used mainly fresh food from the garden and area. The Kenyan...

We came to Nanyuki to visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy. From the moment we arrived and even leading up to our arrival, the staff was amazing. Anthony helped us directly with most things, and he was so accommodating. It was cold and we arrived a bit late, but he had a fire built and ready for us to light if we needed and had hot water bottles on each bed which was so nice. I had never used one before, but I am now a convert. The pool and entire setting was beautiful. We stayed 2 nights but would have...

Incredible experience with a wonderful team. Manager Boniface assisted with every request with humor, grace and efficiency. Lawrence and the dining crew knew all our names, preferences and helped us with whatever we needed. The safari guides were stellar and knew all the wildlife and got us access to wherever we wanted to go. A wonderful experience!!

A beautiful oasis in the middle of busy Nanyuki! Very reasonable rates for a gem in the middle of town. 100% safe compound for foreigners (behind a large gate). Great workout gym with modern equipment, and affordable massages and other treatments in a relaxing spa area. Breakfast was the best I've had in Kenya (over multiple trips in 30 years). Bar is pretty cool. Staff helped me change the booking with no fees. One warning - the walls are a bit thin so if there is a party going on...

Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road.

I went with my husband and kids and it was wonderful. The à la carts restaurant was very good for dinner and there were lots of options for dinner. There were lots to do for kids including a maze, an animal orphanage, fishing and taking their dogs out for a walk. Benson ensured we were happy with our rooms so we appreciated his cheerful help! We had a great time! They arranged a wonderful safari for us with Francis. Ask for the feather pillows.
