"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with great views. Really enjoyed our time here"

"Hotel feels a bit dated. Amenities in the room are very basic. Water pressure for the shower is low. Good mountain view. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast buffet."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We were hoping for a resort-style place to unwind for a day before we travelled to Sapa. We arrived at 6am hoping for an early check-in. We paid NZD90 for a night and were charged USD80 (NZD120) to check in early. Breakfast was sparse and tastes awful - this place had the worst selection we have encountered so far. "Very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. "

"The staff is very polite and friendly, speaks English welll. I enjoyed the stay very much"

"None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling. Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee. Unless you just...

"Don’t know much about this property because we were just there for a night stay."
