"Loved the newly renovated section , parking is close , no payment , nice room and bathroom was excellent quality … breakfast was great selection and quality … just it was a bit expensive for the overall hotel and no baggage service or help was difficult with 3 kids, snow and small elevators ."

"We loved our stay here! The rooms with the sauna were stunning and it really was a great introduction to Finland. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious we looked forward to it everyday. The waiting staff were polite but I think I would’ve appreciated if they were a little more friendlier. But not a big deal. The only complaint I would have is the parking, we didn’t have any issues finding a space but it did get busy quite frequently, and nobody parked properly so some...
