"AVOID if you’re looking for luxury and exceptional service, I recommend the 5 star hotel down the street and would avoid this hotel. Front desk was disappointing and manager at many times was rude. Stay was uncomfortable. The house keeper was the shining light of the stay and was great. Had to move rooms due to broken door. The debacle lasted for hours. Should have been resolved faster. Older man porter/valet left half our belongings in the car instead of bringing everything up, causing multiple...

"The staff was terrific and offered a great deal. The only incident was when the staff that did the laundry charged over 70euros more as they checked a box on my laundry sheet stating I wanted expedited service. And the laundry came back wet. They quickly resolved the issue by taking away the upcharge and taking our clothes back and drying them completely."

"The property staff is amazing. Friendly, welcoming, polite. Breakfast was better than in many other similar hotels priced at the same price point. However, room 130 didn't have A/C working, despite advertising as room having A/C. This is commonplace in Italy, yet annoying missadvertising. "

Vår uppfattning är att hotellet är under renovering, rummen var snabbrenoverade och skulle behöva mer omsorg. Det var heller inte särskilt bra städat när vi checkade in, bla sand på golvet och andra människors hår i sängarna och duschen.
