"Quiet hotel situated in a very peaceful environment. Check in was relatively fast and efficient. We were taken to our room by the receptionist. Our room was situated on the first floor and was well designed and decorated. After a long trip we had a quick swim at the swimming pool and enjoyed it. Coming back to the room we were intrigued by the way the towels were displayed in the bathroom and we thought well that is perhaps the way they do it. "Great place to stay near Blois town centre, in what was the location of original Poulain chocolate factory. Modern ish building, not superbly maintained though. Lift was out of order most of the time we were there, which was a major inconvenience for an elderly member of our group, and luggage transport. The newly refurbished bedrooms are great, not much storage space around the bed but good enough. "
